What the City of San Diego permits
The City of San Diego allows licensed cannabis outlets for adult-use and medicinal sales, capped at four per Council District, 36 citywide.
Delivery is allowed only as an extra service from a permitted San Diego outlet; a delivery-only business cannot be based in the city.
