Marketing questions
Does a business have to pay to be listed?
No. Existing state-licensed storefront listings in San Diego County are included from the public license record. New outside-business marketing profiles require a paid Premiere or Own The City plan; they do not receive free public profiles. Payment never changes which licensed listings are included. Hours, phone, website and delivery details come from the business’s own website, or from its verified license holder through the dashboard.
How do I start marketing?
Sign in to claim an existing licensed listing or register your outside business. Build your profile and send it for review. Your dashboard shows current plans and availability. New here? Request account access from Login first. Each purchase follows the marketing terms.
What does a placement report show?
Monthly reporting measures listing views, call-link clicks, official website clicks and direction requests, so you can understand how visitors discover and contact your business.
How do I correct a listing?
Sign in to your dashboard to submit a marketing or listing update, or email our team with your state license number and the page on your official website showing the correct details. We check the source before publishing. Changes to the state record itself must be made with the state first.
