What the City of La Mesa permits
The City of La Mesa allows medicinal cannabis dispensaries by conditional use permit, and adult-use sales only at a dispensary that also holds a medicinal permit.
Delivery is authorized only from a permitted La Mesa dispensary; the city's code otherwise prohibits delivery into La Mesa, except medicinal cannabis to qualified patients.
